Not only does OS offer customizable technical content, we also offer our industry leading OESuite® software platform with over 35 modules. To accelerate the implementation of our software, we offer:

The Asset Strategy Template Library consists of 50 asset classes for different operational conditions and environments with risks, failure modes, and causes paired with effective controls for specific asset classes. Apply the template to the asset within OESuite® according to the criticality, duty cycle, and operating condition to optimize the strategy.
The Asset Health Indicators Library consists of pre-configured, asset-focused calculations based on OESuite® module data and other integrated activity from external systems. Configurable indicators include maintenance information, operating conditions, incidents, asset age, inspection records, round findings, and more—all of which can be weighted to determine overall asset health.

The Asset Taxonomy Library consists of specific categories, classes, and types to manage the asset registry information from fixed, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, and safety devices. Each class and type is defined with a set of properties to catalog the searchable information, which can then be used for calculations, including Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), air emissions, minimum wall thickness, orifice size, and more.
The Failure Code Set Library consists of various failure modes, maintainable items, causes, activities, and detection methods according to the asset class. Utilizing these codes will streamline Pareto analysis to identify all the bad actors according to the failure conditions.

The OEE Code Library consists of different codes under the Availability, Performance, and Quality as part of the OEE calculation.
The SIS Component Failure Rate Library consists of 1600+ different components from sensors to logic solvers, pre-equipped with failure rates and lambda values used in the IPF calculations with a combination of various components.

The RBI Risk Model Library consists of qualitative and quantitative RBI risk models to calculate different consequences and probabilities according to the asset classes (i.e., vessel, tank, relief device, etc.). These models can be configured using a flexible calculation engine and formulas which can be modified if needed.
