Protecting the privacy of individuals is important to Operational Sustainability, LLC (OS) and Verified-Market, LLC™. As part of our GDPR compliance activities we have updated our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy sets out to demonstrate OS's commitment to the individual's right to privacy, and explains how OS processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly to identify an individual ("Personal Data") collected through use of our websites. Research Participant Data Privacy

All OS research interviews and online surveys are conducted on a non-attributable basis unless a Research Participant has confirmed in writing that the information disclosed to OS can be attributed to you or your organization in OS content. OS will not disclose any Personal Data in our content including but not limited to your name, job title, organization, email, and phone number. Research Participant opinions are published in OS content as anonymous quotations. Research Participant responses to survey questions are published in OS content in an anonymized and aggregated data set. Your Personal Data will be protected, stored and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. OS follows the professional guidelines of the Market Research Society.

Purpose of Our Processing of Personal Data

OS collects the contact information of event attendees at the time of registration via our online registration system. An attendee's name, job title, company, and/or country will be transferred to sponsors of the event prior to or during the event. An attendee's name, job title, company, and/or country may also be made available to all event attendees during the event.

Event attendees may be provided with badges having bar codes that are scanned at sponsored activities or sponsor booths. Attendee contact information is transferred to any sponsor that scans the badge. Event attendees may be photographed unless they explicitly decline. Photographs of attendees may be used by OS to promote future OS events and other OS products.

Sharing and Transferring Your Personal Data

OS has offices in Houston, Texas. We conduct research and consulting work globally and our content is accessible globally. Any data and information that you volunteer or that is otherwise collected on one of our sites in any one country may be shared within the OS group. When using or disclosing personal information transferred from the European Union, we use standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission, adopt other means under European Union law for ensuring adequate safeguards, or obtain your consent.

Your Control Over the Data We Process

You can contact OS if you believe your personal information is incorrect.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails you receive at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email and may disable notifications on your mobile device. If you are a paying subscriber, you may not be able to opt-out of important service announcements and administrative messages.

You can request that OS deletes all information covered in this privacy policy from our data storage systems including but not limited to: customer relationship management, website, email servers, hard drives and paper files. To do so please Contact Us.

You can choose to not let anyone scan a bar code at a OS event unless you want that sponsor to have your contact information. Please Contact Us if you prefer that your name, title, company, and/or country not be added to the attendee list for the event.
