Ad Hoc Reporting
The OESuite® ad-hoc reporting tools help build reports without the need for IT skills or coding. Users can select the fields from the data models and generate the outputs in a matter of minutes, then make reports private or shareable with their stakeholders and subscribe to the outputs.
As data set grows over the years, users can archive their data with OESuite® to reduce the storage demands, increase performance, or remove historical data after the retention period. The archiving will still be available for reference in the future or restored.
Asset Registry / Navigation
The OESuite® Asset Registry is the central hub for all the equipment information. From equipment properties to all related activities (e.g., Work History, Management of Change, Root Cause Analysis, Operator Rounds) to the basis for compliance, OESuite® aggregates this information under the registry.
Never worry about who edited, overwrote, or changed a record. OESuite® has all that covered – down to who, when, and what was modified in OESuite by the users on a specific record. The Audit Trail search will allow users to query the system as part of their investigation.
Bow Tie / Swiss Cheese Analysis
Need to analyze Major Accident Hazard (MAH) risks? OESuite® will help users to ensure their safeguards are adequate and can visualize their data as a Bow Tie or Swiss Cheese.
The OESuite® calculation engine enables users to produce complex calculations, including variables stored in the system and sub-equations. Whether users have a simple algorithm or a complex calculation (e.g., Title V permitting, Risk Based Inspections, Calculated Tag, etc.), OESuite® can cover their needs.
Schedule compliance activities in a single calendar to coordinate activities in your facility. Drill into discrete tasks to close them out as they tie back to the applicable modules enabled through the OESuite® interoperable framework.
Configure and schedule email escalations within any module and workflow step. Never worry about missing a deadline or having to remind someone of an impending due date.
OESuite® allows users to catalog Damage Mechanisms based on the Corrosion Loop or Component. New damage mechanisms can be detected as they are introduced automatically based on the fluid content, the material of construction, and operating conditions.
Data Export / Import
OESuite® bulk upload templates allow users to import data, making it easier to initialize their software solutions. Data can also be exported in several formats to make it easier to structure reports.
Document Links / Attachments
Files can be linked or attached in any native format for viewing and redlining. Users can also load multiple files at the same time in the OESuite® Document Management module and link back to individual records with the correct version.
The OESuite® form builder allows users to drag-and-drop to build forms using its object-based pallet of controls. Add a drop-down, radio button, date field, calculation, text box, and more in seconds with no coding required.
Integration / Connectors
Leverage OESuite® connectors to facilitate data transactions (pull and push) with systems such as SAP, Maximo, Active Directory, and more that will be more sustainable in years to come. Depending on the connectors, OESuite® can support web services, flat files, and direct connection to the systems.
Multi-Lingual / International Formatting
OESuite® supports up to 192 cultures (i.e., language, date format, number format, and units of measure) within its framework that will allow users to change them according to their preference.
Users can create KPI dashboards using available web parts / charts and filter by location and date range. Use the security layer to limit access to a selected group of users. Add in notifications triggered upon exceedances of limits on data sets.
Store your materials in the OESuite® library including spares, chemicals, and consumables. Track pollutants as materials, material types, material categories, physical properties, SDS information, compositions, and thresholds.
Mobile applications enable users in the field to access information on any device from anywhere, whether they are connected or offline.
Module and Hierarchy Specific Security
Create plant, unit, and functional locations based upon the organizational structure and assign what hierarchy attributes users can access based on their role through the security layers. Drill down to the level where users are interacting in OESuite® (i.e., entity, equipment, component).
My Obligations / Calendar
OESuite® displays a user’s obligations or to-dos from any module in one central location (e.g., review an MOC, approve an incident investigation, review the newly revised procedure, execute a work order, etc.).
OESuite® enables users to subscribe to system outputs, including reports and documents according to their schedule. Users will be notified if they subscribe to any changes to the document when a newer version is available.
OESuite® supports personnel changes across the entire system to the My Obligation feature (e.g., change tasks, action items, and other time-sensitive information). This can address both temporary and permanent changes.
OESuite® provides an aggregate of a user’s KPIs at the Entity level from any data source with the ability to drill-down to the individual records.
Planning / Scheduling
OESuite® permits users to schedule activities in addition to the actual due dates and assigned based upon the role or individual.
Display information specific to modules or roles such as KPIs, shortcuts, My Obligations, or reference materials such as policies and procedures with OESuite®.
Create roles and accountability structure based upon RACI principles to align work processes with stakeholders, within OESuite®.
OESuite® enables annotation and redaction of documents, images, and drawings. Save the redlines as different layers with security to control the layer access.
Create drag and drop KPIs on the fly and publish these out to consumers with OESuite®.
Prioritize your recommendations with OESuite®. Create a single risk matrix or multiple risk matrices to manage mitigated and unmitigated risks by severity and frequency.
Create risk matrices of severity / consequence and frequency / likelihood as needed along with supporting definitions in OESuite®. These can be applied to modules to prioritize follow-through and build a risk registry.
Use Advanced Search, Basic Search, Material Search, Asset Search, and Obligation Search to locate the information by specific criteria designed for each module in OESuite®, using Boolean logic.
Single Sign On (SSO)
Leverage Azure AD, ADFS, or SAML 2.0 to simplify user access in OESuite® – no need for passwords and separate deactivation of accounts.
OESuite® uses SSRS as the standard reporting solution to enable built for purpose reports including metadata and specific format. Users can subscribe to the report and receive the output according to their schedule.
The OESuite® tag function allows users to track numeric or fixed variables with limits that can trigger notifications and tasks, or create an incident record. The data feed can come from manual entry, operator rounds, historians, external databases, and calculations.
The verification step in OESuite® is available on tag data, along with data locking to preserve the data integrity. Workflows, such as action items, will have the verification steps built-in.
Visual Operations within OESuite® enable users to view the data collected on a plot plan, map, P&ID, PFD, and more – this allows users to investigate or view the underlying information. Different layers in the Visual Operations will display the same layout with a different set of information.
Workflow (Initiate, Approval, Execution, etc.)
The OESuite® workflow helps users intuitively navigate work processes, such as Management of Change, Incident Reporting, and Process Risk. Build custom work processes along with supporting forms and publish them to create unique cultural experiences necessary to fit the organizational culture.
