Ad Hoc Reporting
The OESuite® ad-hoc reporting tools help build reports without the need for IT skills or coding. Users can select the fields from the data models and generate the outputs in a matter of minutes, then make reports private or shareable with their stakeholders and subscribe to the outputs.
Archiving
As data set grows over the years, users can archive their data with OESuite® to reduce the storage demands, increase performance, or remove historical data after the retention period. The archiving will still be available for reference in the future or restored.
Asset Registry / Navigation
The OESuite® Asset Registry is the central hub for all the equipment information. From equipment properties to all related activities (e.g., Work History, Management of Change, Root Cause Analysis, Operator Rounds) to the basis for compliance, OESuite® aggregates this information under the registry.
Audit Trail
Never worry about who edited, overwrote, or changed a record. OESuite® has all that covered – down to who, when, and what was modified in OESuite by the users on a specific record. The Audit Trail search will allow users to query the system as part of their investigation.
Bow Tie / Swiss Cheese Analysis
Need to analyze Major Accident Hazard (MAH) risks? OESuite® will help users to ensure their safeguards are adequate and can visualize their data as a Bow Tie or Swiss Cheese.
Calculation Engine
The OESuite® calculation engine enables users to produce complex calculations, including variables stored in the system and sub-equations. Whether users have a simple algorithm or a complex calculation (e.g., Title V permitting, Risk Based Inspections, Calculated Tag, etc.), OESuite® can cover their needs.

OESuite® bulk upload templates allow users to import data, making it easier to initialize their software solutions. Data can also be exported in several formats to make it easier to structure reports.
Document Links / Attachments
Files can be linked or attached in any native format for viewing and redlining. Users can also load multiple files at the same time in the OESuite® Document Management module and link back to individual records with the correct version.
Form Builder
The OESuite® form builder allows users to drag-and-drop to build forms using its object-based pallet of controls. Add a drop-down, radio button, date field, calculation, text box, and more in seconds with no coding required.
Integration / Connectors
Leverage OESuite® connectors to facilitate data transactions (pull and push) with systems such as SAP, Maximo, Active Directory, and more that will be more sustainable in years to come. Depending on the connectors, OESuite® can support web services, flat files, and direct connection to the systems.
Multi-Lingual / International Formatting
OESuite® supports up to 192 cultures (i.e., language, date format, number format, and units of measure) within its framework that will allow users to change them according to their preference.
KPI Manager
Users can create KPI dashboards using available web parts / charts and filter by location and date range. Use the security layer to limit access to a selected group of users. Add in notifications triggered upon exceedances of limits on data sets.
Material Library

Leverage Azure AD, ADFS, or SAML 2.0 to simplify user access in OESuite® – no need for passwords and separate deactivation of accounts.
Standard Reporting
OESuite® uses SSRS as the standard reporting solution to enable built for purpose reports including metadata and specific format. Users can subscribe to the report and receive the output according to their schedule.
Tags
The OESuite® tag function allows users to track numeric or fixed variables with limits that can trigger notifications and tasks, or create an incident record. The data feed can come from manual entry, operator rounds, historians, external databases, and calculations.
Verification
The verification step in OESuite® is available on tag data, along with data locking to preserve the data integrity. Workflows, such as action items, will have the verification steps built-in.
Visual Operations
Visual Operations within OESuite® enable users to view the data collected on a plot plan, map, P&ID, PFD, and more – this allows users to investigate or view the underlying information. Different layers in the Visual Operations will display the same layout with a different set of information.
