Workshop Overview:

Management of Change (MOC) is the tie that binds all facets of an organization together because change is an element of nearly everything done in a facility. When implemented properly, MOC can help organizations achieve regulatory compliance, minimize the effects of risk, and encourage sound decision-making – enhancing both production and the bottom line. Effective, efficient MOC is integral to incident-free operations.

In this collaborative workshop, attendees will participate in roundtable discussions on topics like:

  • Defining the value and justifying the expense of an MOC investment
  • Industry-leading methods to holistically address MOC from a work process, management system, culture, and digital perspective
  • Meaningful metrics, accountability structure, and key integration and interoperability considerations for an MOC program
  • Keys to creating effective MOC and PSSR standards, procedures, processes, and checklists
  • How to create an effective assurance program and audit criteria
  • How MOC feeds effective Enterprise Loss Prevention and helps to achieve Operational Excellence

Take Aways / Deliverables:

  • MOC Self-Assessment Tool
  • Digitized MOC Work Process Requirements
  • Sample MOC Field Guide
  • Sample Starter Metrics for MOC
