The OESuite® PPM Module helps ensure that all projects and programs directly contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives through strategic planning, aligning portfolio management with organizational governance models, and making executive level decisions on project and program initiation, continuation, or termination based on financial value, risk, and organizational priorities.
Project managers leverage the PPM Module to oversee collections of projects or programs, called portfolios, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals and the budget allocated.
