With the Document Management + Mobile Module, users can relate documentation to equipment to enable asset operations securely, anytime and anywhere. Users can leverage OESuite® to navigate approval workflows visually and access files to apply controls and more effectively manage risks. Through its intuitive Report Builder, users can create detailed reports and develop real-time dashboards, putting critical asset information in the right hands at the right time.
With the OESuite® MI Solution, users can also:
- Analyze corrosion loops, identify common damage mechanisms across loop assets, and create the baseline for change management through the Corrosion Control Documentation (CCD) / Integrity Operating Windows (IOW) Analysis Feature
- Leverage an API 581-compliant calculation engine to determine equipment and damage mechanism priority, and inspection frequency and priority for fixed equipment with the OESuite® Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Module to calculate accurate business risk
- Schedule inspections, conduct thickness monitoring and measurements, and capture robust calculations based on in-service and turnaround requirements with the Inspection Management + Mobile Module
- Connect to existing process historians and react to IOW excursions as appropriate through the OESuite® Tags Function
- Monitor compliance and resolution recommendation aging, filter by location and date, and add notification triggers upon exceedances of limits on data sets through the OESuite® KPI Manager Function
- Manage change types with specific and sufficient rigor to achieve financial and safety objectives through the OESuite® Management of Change (MOC) + Mobile
- Track and manage relief device information and activities with the OESuite® Relief Device Management Module
- Audit the overall MI program through specific protocols and make recommendations to further strengthen the program in the OESuite® Audit Management + Mobile Module
The unique interoperability—meaning, multiple applications utilizing the same data sets—of the OESuite® enterprise platform ensures data from multiple and sometimes divergent sources is harnessed in new and innovative ways. As the Inspection Management + Mobile Module identifies deficiencies, the RBI Module will continually re-analyze the risk based on new inspection information. Consolidated data is then reviewed, confirmed, and routed to another OESuite® module – either Corrective & Preventive Action Item Management + Mobile, MOC + Mobile, or Work Management + Mobile – for resolution.
This ensures action items, tasks, and scheduling roll up to a single system and are addressed proactively as plant conditions and risk tolerances change. With the enhanced interoperability of the OESuite® MI Solution, users can also calculate the estimated remaining life of an asset with the Inspection Management + Mobile and Asset Health Modules to prioritize and initiate capital project requests in the Project Portfolio Management Module.
