The Operational Sustainability® (OS) OESuite® Contractor Safety Management Solution manages contractor documentation, enhances compliance assurance, and ensures safety requirements are met before work begins. OESuite® manages contractor screening internally by developing site-specific qualification criteria, and integrates with your existing screening providers to manage the process from their platforms. Once a contractor is approved, OESuite® ensures Short Service Employees (SSE) are given training on your Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and Safe Work Practices (e.g., Lockout / Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, etc.), while also assigning each new contractor a mentor. Once the mentor signs off, OESuite begins the process of managing risk, ensuring compliance, and monitoring performance.
In addition to tracking your organization’s minimum required training (e.g., Process Safety training), our Learning Management System + Mobile Module ensures contractors stay current with company and facility training beyond the initial screening process. Training results within OESuite® can be utilized to issue badges, manage site access, and authorize equipment operation such as forklifts. OESuite® also takes care of managing your contractors from SSE to permanent personnel while onsite.
Need to manage documentation, including contracts, EH&S policies and procedures, or schedules? OESuite® makes it simple to deliver the right documentation to your field contract workforce through our Document Management + Mobile Module. OESuite® can also track incidents or near-misses with our Incident Management + Mobile Module and generate an EHS Report for each contractor against Bureau of Labor statistics. Our mobile applications mean logging a near-miss, completing a Risk Assessment / JSA, closing out action items, checking training status, or delivering procedures and checklists anywhere, anytime is fast and easy.
OESuite® also provides a closed loop system for identifying, screening, training, managing and verifying your contractors while reducing the risk of injury or loss.
This helps to mitigate differences in contractor approach and culture. As results come in, users can share results within the organization and among contractors as a means of seeking continuous improvement. OESuite® will also identify risk trends and select contractors with the best safety record. Finally, companies can assign action items to ensure deficiencies are proactively addressed and generate email reminders to ensure contractor re-qualification stays timely.
